The Master’s Program in Health Promotion, a Postgraduate Program at Diponegoro University, began accepting new students in September 2001 based on Decree No. 83/DIKTI/Kep/2001 from the Directorate General of Higher Education. Initially, the Master’s Program in Health Promotion was a concentration within the Master’s Program in Public Health, as stipulated in the Rector’s Decree No. 407/SK/J.07/1999. Field visits to directly observe public health issues have been conducted since the first semester. These field trips not only allow students to observe and directly apply health promotion techniques at domestic institutions, but also to visit various institutions related to health promotion abroad. Formal academic activities strive to foster a collaborative and interactive atmosphere.
